From a design perspective, the most important creative thinking skills include an unending curiosity, drive to disrupt the market, discipline, consistency, confidence, ability to challenge the norm, and patience, By embracing creative thinking this enable me to design better products and services that stand out in the market and meet the needs of my clients.

As a graphic designer, customer satisfaction is a crucial concept to understand.
Customer satisfaction measures how well a company’s products, services, and overall customer experience meet customer expectations. It reflects the health of a business by showing how well its offerings resonate with buyers.
In the context of graphic design, customer satisfaction is impacted by how well my work helps to identify and promote a brand. Effective branding is achieved by ensuring that all facets of a business are aligned with its visual identity, from logos and taglines to all other graphic design elements.
